Hi there, I have a ebike 1500 w when the wheel is not under load it will spin around as soon as I get on it you can hear motor kicking in but won’t propel the bike with me on it what could be the problem, on my LCD screen error 10 is coming up no speed is coming up on screen ,I have no peddle assist on bike could this be the issue I’ve got a sw900 LCD which seem to be fitted after, the wires are crudely connected could the LCD not be compatible with the controller, would it be better to buy new controller and LCD or is it a motor problem ?
